Noble Rice

A complete interior demolition and renovation of an existing restaurant space in Tampa Florida. This project included the installation of new mechanical systems both within the establishment and on the roof, and the installation of upgraded plumbing systems. Custom exterior millwork and new lighting specifications were installed on the exterior. Custom interior elements including bar shelving, millwork, and furniture such as booth seating, banquettes and concrete and wood tabletops completed the restaurants interior. The dining area features exposed ceilings and polished and stained concrete floors. The new kitchen’s build-out included installation of a new range hood, a walk-in cooler and other food service equipment.

Barstool Sports – Scottsdale

The transformation of a 9,500-square-foot restaurant for Barstool Sports’ Scottsdale location. This two-level space boasts a fully equipped kitchen, two sets of interconnecting staircases, new bar areas on both floors, welcoming hospitality and entertainment spaces, and an inviting outdoor patio. The first floor features a full-service bar and offers bar seating, booths and private seating areas. The second floor, which can be partitioned for private events, also showcases a bar area with extra seating options.

Barstool Sports – River North

The first Barstool Sports bar and grill to open its doors is situated in the heart of Chicago’s bustling River North neighborhood. Clune renovated this 8,500 square-foot existing restaurant by relocating the first-floor bar and transforming the space with new flooring, wall finishes, light fixtures, and exterior signage. The build-out also included an upgrade of the space’s AV systems and installing new light fixtures.

Canal Street Market and Eatery

Located at the new 320 South Canal building in Chicago, Canal Street Eatery & Market and Afterbar brings a range of dining options to the West Loop Gate neighborhood. Totaling 12,400 square feet this hybrid space features an Italian-inspired restaurant and wine bar, coffee and pastry counter, gourmet retail market, and classic cocktail bar surrounded by The Park at 320. The scope of work included a full-service kitchen, decorative lighting and extensive millwork.

LaGuardia Airport – Delta Terminal C

Full build-out of Delta’s Terminal C (Concourse E+ HH+ F+D) at LaGuardia Airport encompassing 38,000 square feet. The project involved the construction of nineteen food and beverage spaces, including concession areas and high-end restaurants, between multiple buildings and across four floors. Additionally, the space features a grand corridor with intricate millwork detailing, and ticketing areas. The concourse required base-building work and crane pick-ups for construction on the roof of the building. Careful coordination between Clune, the Delta Construction Management team and the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey was necessary in order to navigate the challenges of construction within a heavily occupied space.

Interior build-out of the Los Angeles location of an international food chain, Italian market and tasting rooms. The space houses four restaurants, multiple kitchens, nine take-away food stalls, an instructional culinary school, retail space, two chilled wine storage rooms, and a rooftop bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The scope also included the construction of a back-of-house area with cold and dry storage, a small office space with a conference room, employee break rooms and locker rooms. Additional special features include two spiral staircases spanning multiple floors, and a grey water system with a two-story plant wall.
